Cinematic Bar is an FX plugin for Adobe After Effects that generates fully customizable matte bars without using masks or solid layers.
The bars are rendered procedurally, giving you direct control over shape, roundness, blur, and warp.

Create standard cinematic frames or unique UI-style layouts with curved edges and adjustable geometry.
Enable Composite mode to add a subtle frosted glass blur over the footage beneath the bars, with optional edge distortion and chromatic aberration for a more organic look.

Includes built-in transform and color controls, supports Multi-Frame Rendering, and works in 8-bit and 16-bit projects.
